The Eagle's Bluff Community Association is a Texas non-profit corporation. Association membership is automatic when you purchase a lot or home within the development. The Association is responsible for maintaining the common areas owned by the HOA,  providing architectural control through the New Construction and Modification Committees and compliance with the covenants, conditions and restrictions of the Association.

Eagle's Bluff Community Association is located in a private gated community on the shores of Lake Palestine, a stunningly beautiful 26,000 acre lake, and minutes southwest of Tyler, Texas.
